Yea except we have evidence that the woman lied. It wasn't he said she said. She tried to get friends to lie for her. She went out to a bar and got into a bar fight. And then there is all that stuff with Lucky that happened months after the alleged assault. And the NFL's own investigator didn't find her credible. Why doesn't the media ever report that?

People forget how tough this guy is.

His very first game week in the nfl he got a high ankle sprain in practice on wednesday. Played the whole game agains the jets on sunday and never missed a snap.

From the reports from practice and listening to the guys this week they seem to be really fired up and ready for this game. I highly doubt smith is not doing everything he can in order to play. We will find out during the inactive list on sunday night.
