Cowboy Tweets 11/27

I have to hand it to Garrett. He's one slick dude.

Keep everyone out of practice + start a shell of the OL that was considered the best in the business = Instant excuses for a failed season.

For a guy that earned nothing in the coaching ranks, he's a football survivor to be sure and he's made millions off of nepotism.

So, Smith, Martin and Collins are ALL dealing with injuries, two of which are backs.....yikes.

Back injuries have been a major problem for the Cowboys over the years.

Aikman, Haley, Novacek, Kevin Smith, Marco Rivera, DeMarcus Lawrence and now Tyron Smith and La'el Collins. Not good.

If I wasn't at work, I would look for a clip of Chunk from Goonies spraying whipped cream into his mouth saying "God, I'm depressed".....suits my feelings perfectly.

Actually-- he's been reliable as always. Dak just doesn't throw to him. He's been focused on getting the ball to the WRs and the 7-8 yard safe throws to Witten just haven't been a priority for Dak.

Safe throws to Witten and Beasley are being sat upon by defenses this season. They're forcing throws down the field and to the outside more often. Given recent results, expect that to continue.

Between the back injuries, groin issues and damn hamstring issues. You have to wonder about the training staff.

I know it’s football, but the amount of lingering issues especially soft tissue ones, is maddening.
