Man I wish I was rich Jerry and had people pull up stuff for me. Maybe follow me around and fan me when I'm hot or hold an umbrella to protect me from the sun and elements.

"Judge Failla cited quotes from commentators -- whose legal opinions are about as binding as yours or mine -- who said that 'courts have historically been more receptive to arguments by NFL players than any other type of unionized worker which thereby has created unequal access to justice.' That's a ridiculous assertion on which to base a judicial decision. Just because one group of people covered by the Labor Management Relations Act has found more frequent success in their lawsuits than others, that means we should start ruling against them until the score is more even? That makes zero sense."

"She also noted that 'a more intrusive standard of judicial review would have the bad consequence of inducing arbitrators to prepare detailed and legalistic decisions to protect their awards from judicial reversal.' Well, yes, if arbitration is a legally acceptable alternative to pursuing relief in court -- which the NFL is basically trying to get their players to waive their right to do -- then yeah, your arbitration process should be more airtight because the decision you make through arbitration has the potential to alter the trajectory of these players' careers and lives."
