I would say its true for every team besides New England. They defy all comparisons and are on another level.

It's true except for the best coached teams. People like to say Belichick was an outlier, but so was Bill Walsh, so was Jimmy Johnson.

Every coach in the NFL with their elite QB (Win % of 63.3%)

Every coach in the NFL without their elite QB (Win % of 27.3%)

I must've missed the tweets where this Mosher clown explains his court prediction gaffe.

I am guessing you never looked at either Belichick's or Jimmy's stats before saying that.

Are you referring to Jimmy Johnson? The coach who had two HOF QBs covering every year he coached in the NFL?

Is there a different Jimmy? Or a Jimmy Johnson who didnt have Troy Aikman and Dan Marino as his QBs?

Yep, same Jimmy who won with Steve Buerlein, old Bernie Kosar, Rodney Pete and 3rd stringer Jason Garrett. THAT Jimmy Johnson. Your memory nice and jogged yet?

I think Jason's win percentage is actually higher than Jimmys was. At least for the regular season. Bad backup QBs and all.

We were not debating total win percentage, we were analyzing his faulty stance on elite QB winning percentage vs. backup QB winning percentage by coaches. Now he's backtracking like a dog who got skunked.

This is comedy. Those games happened pre-salary cap when Dallas had twice the talent of most other teams in Football.

And Bernie Kosar had an 0-3 record under Jimmy and Rodney Peete played one game. Buerlein started four games on the 1991 team that was one of the most talented teams in franchise history.

Is that enough memory jogging?

Please see the guy coaching New England and let me know if this numbers are true.

Numbers are a couple of years old, but:

Without Brady, Belichick is 51-65. But with Brady, the Patriots are 136-39 in the regular season.

So BB is 51-65 without Brady? That's a lot of game Brady has missed... as much as he has played.

Maybe Roger has more support / power than people realize.

He has the old school powerbrokers behind him (Kraft, Mara, Rooneys, McNair, Hunt, Fords, Bowlens, Blank, McCaskeys). That bloc of support will be tough to flip, no matter how influential Jones is.
