Am I the only one who wonders if Jerry Jones move to be made part of Goodell's compensation committee didn't force Rogers hand on the Zeke suspension...to keep the NFL shield strong and say we will not fold in the face of terrorist tactics? Think about it:. If he doesn't suspended, the National narrative becomes Jerry's move influenced the decision and Goodell/NFL looks weak and susceptible to that type of back-office manuevering. I could certainly be wrong, but it might have ended differently if Jerry stayed out if it. Mind you... I don't blame Jerry...but he may have over-compensated in his efforts to help the situation... just maybe...

While I see your point, I don't think that's the case. This is strictly on the DV and the beating Rog took. He's gone so far to hide evidence. If anything JJ being there should've helped the cause. IMO there are some underlying issues that haven't surfaced between Jones and Rog
