First again, we have to get the penalities fixed, that is going to bite us in a ball game again like in the green bay game last week.
Isnt it amazing, when Jason Garrett gets blasted for not doing something, he comes out and attacks what was lacking like lack of running game last week, where we might have ran it just atad much in this game.
Jason Garrett must quit getting too cute, on a key 3rd down, in shotgun delay handoff to barber that you all saw, and barber was dropped for a big loss. Then, we went for it on 4th and 2 and lost. That could have been a big momentum swing in the Commanders favor.
In situations like that, you must line up, mano on mano and punch it in for the first down, the getting too cute stuff has got to stop.
Again, as you all say Folk missed another crucial FG, were lucky that S.... missed some field goals too. That has got to be fixed. From what I could tell the laces were up and the hold was good and the snap. Wade said he thought folk would come through, but this has got to be worked on and fixed.
Austin is always getting open or whatever late in the game, that must be corrected.
I am not sure whether or not roy williams is healthy or not, but he has to get that corrected, if he continues to drop balls and not make the plays, then that is hurting this team. That must be corrected, granted Romo must quit putting the ball up in the air like he did to set the receivers up for a big hit in the ribs or in the back. That must be fixed too.
A win is a win, and this was one of the most ugliest games that I have seen in along time from the cowboys, but I will take it. Bottom line, a win is a win, thats all that matters at the end of the day, did you win.
Our coverages with Ball, Watkins must we worked on in practice now with Ken Hamlin out and Jenkins hurt a little. Somehow, we must get Scandrick feeling more confident and playing better.
However you want to look at it, Wade Phillips defense is playing lights out most of the time, but our offense is stinking up sometimes. Jason Garrett is the leader on the offense, he must step up and get the players playing with more intensity like the defense.
Doug Free played pretty good, while most of the offensive line did too. A few poor blocks by the offensive line set us back. We need to get that fixed.
With the 2 last games, loss in green bay, and the cowboys barely winning this game, they must step it up. I would normally say that the Oakland game is a win for the cowboys, but the way the cowboys have played last 2 games wont get it done, which im sure most of you agree.
Again, Austin and roy williams whatever they are doing, they must step it up and get open better in the first 3 quarters of the game. If that means challenging those players then that is what is needed. I dont know if you saw it or not, but Ray Sherman is looking like he is weighing like 400 pounds, is he too heavy now to be doing the coaching that he needs to do with the WRs. If you all saw him he was standing on the sidelines wiht Austin and Roy Williams.
Come on Hostile, you need to talk to your boy Roy Williams and get him in the game.
Again, you saw the refs make another blown call, even the refs in the booth on the play when campbell threw the ball on the sidelines. Even wade said that to him, if he is going to throw the ball he has to get it past the line of scrimmage, which he did not. I am sure you all heard that the League office of the NFL called in and explained the rule to the refs that looked like they didnt know the rules. These refs are making 100,000 to 200,000 a year, are we getting our money' s worth from the refs? I am sure u all saw that this took like 6 minutes for the refs to decide what to do, then league office had to call the play, because the refs didnt know the play.
One game this poor officiating may cost us a ball game!
