First, been a rough year last yr, so glad its over, not just because of dallas cowboys losing, but had to move, put my mother in nursing home and other stuff. Time to move on though and I have.
Now on to the Cowboys. First problem is the protection of players, that must stop from the top of the organization involving Jerry Jones, to head coach with Jason Garrett to the players, as well as other coaches.
Cowboys must look heavy at their drafting, their scouts, and who chose the players, and why. Example Hynoski the big bruising fullbacks that we all wanted or at least most of us as cowboys fans, but evidently jason garrett didnt, and we went wiith chapas. Ok, did you see enough Jason Garrett of Hynoski who you passed on for chapas? Why did you pass on Hynoski? Get that fixed.
Next, why in the heck did it take 30 full minutes to make half time adjustments by halftime, and not during the first half? That stinks! Are you so involved in the game, Jason Garrett that you cant see and make adjustments during the game Head Coach Jason Garrett? To me, I saw a different attitude from the players playing from 1st half to 2nd half. Is it that your so involved in calling plays your not on top of things at times Jason, and you need to get an offensive coordinator, so you can make adjustments during the game? Granted, the players play the game and evidently they were ready or wanted to play the first half. I saw a total different attitude from the players after halftime, so evidently something was said to the players. This is what you must be aware of Jerry Jones and Jason Garrett, thiese players you must step on their neck and not let up or else they just give half effort. Why I dont know but you would think the players would really want to pllay and win.
A cowboys fan posted supposedly a remark by bradie james, doing autographs in Louisiana I think, that a friend by the poster, remarked man, no body likes the cowboys. Supposedly Bradie James remarked, I dont like them either, but they pay me handsomely. If that is true, thats part of the attitude that you must change and get rid of players with that attitude. I cant believe bradie actually said that, but was posted on this board.
From what i saw of jerry jones, which he wasnt happy, but didnt go down to the field, not sure if jerry can do that at another stadium though. To me, and I know some others view that differently and its ok, but my thoughts are you cant undermine the head coach, and i saw stephen jones sitting by jerry, possibly to keep his dad under control?
We have to clean some more house on defense side of the ball. Newman, Brooking, Elam, Cornerbacks coach Campo, Bradie James, Kenyon Coleman, Ball, and Spencer must go. Attitude on defense must change, and we must get better coverage and pass rush.
On offense, Costa must go, and giving excuses must go, from now on accoutability must be held from the top of Dallas Cowboys organization involving Jerry Jones, to players must be held accountable.
You must monitor players and find out which ones want to come in February and March for conditioning (note not sure if new cba rules doesnt allow you to work out in February, but whenever offseason conditioning starts, you must monitor players and see which ones come in and work, players that dont work and do extra film study etc, must go, enough of excuses.
Like Jason Garrett said our players recommitted themselves to play harder etc... Why the heck didnt players realize and play with urgency in the first half? Thats part of the problem with this team. Just like on the 4th and 1, Romo was trying to hurry up but some players were dragging, why?
Just like Miles had to big time key drops, Miles, Scandrick, Doug Free, and Sensabaugh got big time extensions, but where was their play all this year? Nope, it dropped off, those players need their rear end chewed out big time, and held to be accoutable. Make those players next time cowboys start offseason, make them answer to the media and us fans, make them accoutable. And I dont want to hear from Miles I was sluggish, like he has at times in some games. Hockey PUck! You didnt care and you werent serious, Miles! Their is no urgency to you in games at times and heart.

Finally, why the hea=ck, with dallas cowboys and arizona cardinals at same record 8-8, are the cardinals picking ahead of us in the draft, we get the 14th slot in first round, while the cardianls get the 13th pick, and the cardinals beat us in a game that could have had us in the playoffs? So, why do the cardinals get to pick ahead of us, if that is so, something is wrong with that.
