dont agree and its not even close. Dez is the number 1 receiver on this team by far. Hurns has had 1 noteworthy year and is not better than dez...not sure what you are trying to stir up here but there are very very few out there that would rank them the way you have, even with Dez having an off year last year...

Hurns needs to learn the playbook.
Coaches need to call plays to get him the ball too. We need to see how these guys perform in a game before we suggest Dez has been replaced as the number 1 guy.

Also has had 1 good season in his life, doesn’t know the system, and has 1/2 of Dezs talent. But otherwise sure

He got 2.5 million guaranteed for a reason. He ain’t that good

you do have a point for the two being about the same level.
dez last 3 years - 2000 yards 17 tds - best year is 2016
hurns last 3 years - 2000 yards 15 tds - best year by far is 2015

route running - hurns
catching - similar - hurns with more sure hands though dez may be better high pointing passes.
speed - similar
toughness - similar - both have injuries issue.
draws attention of defense - probably dez by some
does not distract himself due to stupidity - hurns

overall - it appears hurns has 'slight' advantage

To me Dez is still the #1 until he is unseated from that. If Hurns can do that then great. I want Dak to throw to the open WR. Don’t force it. Last season looked ugly at times. You could tell the staff or Dak was trying to hard to force it to Dez.

Get plays that get the ball in his hands. Slants and such. Let him do what he does when he has the back in his hands.
