Playing 3 days later, on Dec. 25th, is the equivalent of playing a Thursday night game, and playing again Sunday night. This should not be allowed in the NFL.

Technically it is 4 days (like their pre-Thanksgiving and Thanksgiving Day games) and the NFLPA agreed to it in the CBA.

If the players thought it was an issue, the NFLPA would have fought against it along with all Thursday games since there are several of those during the season.

As it is, the NFLPA either did not consider it an issue or considered other areas more important.

Either way, it was the players' choice.

Sunday then Thursday has been happening for Dallas since 1966 the complaint is a little delayed and oddly enough it happens a month prior to that game as well

The NFL makes teams do it all the time. Teams do it every year vs us on Thanksgiving.
We'll be fine.

Dallas has 4 Thursday games, although one is at the beginning of the season and is somewhat of an advantage given the extra rest.

NFL should get rid of the Thursday game save for Thanksgiving and forget trying to squeeze one in on whatever other holiday. It's not going to happen, though, and I expect you'll be seeing Tuesday games on the regular in the near future.

It is, but IF you are getting ready for the playoffs its a good stretch to compete.

As convenient as it is to build momentum picking on scrubs it has never served us well.

Also kind of the same reason I wasn't upset about Philly week 1. Id rather see how we stack up then be fooled by the Cleveland Browns.

Arizona - they've owned us lately
Raiders - Pass rush. Smith lit us up in 2023
Denver - 30 years since we beat them. But there me be hope here.
Bears - I hate that dump of a stadium
