Cowboys 2026 draft picks

Rounds 2 and later rarely pan out! Cowboys are absolutely horrible drafting most 2nd rounds, historically bad, bossman fat lmaoooooo. Stay put and get two defensive starters. That's basically a dream draft scenario.

The Cowboys now have eight picks in this year’s draft. They were without second and third round picks because of the trades for George Pickens and Quinnen Williams.

The Osa Odighizuwa trade now gives them another much-needed top 100 pick to help fill the remaining holes on defense.

Cowboys’ 2026 draft picks:

First round: No. 12
First round: No. 20
Third round: No. 92
Fourth round: No. 112
Fifth round: No. 152
Fifth round: No. 177
Fifth round: No. 180
Seventh round: No. 225

Still very possible for a 2nd rounder with Brandon Aubrey

So many wasted picks on injured players....

Great trade for Osa. We get a 3rd round pick, and dump his cap hit.
Same for Thomas, cap hit dump foe a swap of 7th round picks. They move up from having KC's 7th pick in the 7th round (for the trade of Hendershot) to 2nd pick in the 7th round form the Titans.

This makes me feel a little better than before. But really want a 2nd round pick as well. I would not mind. trade down to get a 2nd, and maybe even another 3rd round pick.

Maybe some team offers Bass a deal, so we get a 2nd round pick.

At least this year, there are more draft picks in a middle rounds, than having multiple picks in the 6th and 7th rounds.

They may be able to move around, and move up some to get a better player, than taking a chance on a later rounder.

They have 8 draft picks. Depending what else they do in FA. Do they need 8 rookies.
Need to do a roster evaluation in a few weeks. See how it looks.

I really hope they don't trade Bass.
