We do not match-up well right now.

Can't stop the run. They can run.

We can't run, they can stop it and make us one dimensional.

Oh, and it's supposed to be quite windy in New York, so we probably won't be passing well.

I can see a close game that breaks open late. Giants 27-- Cowboys 14

Have you watched this team lately? Have you seen how anemic our offense is? Couple that with a historically bad defense and you have a perfect recipe for getting blown out.

Here's the Dallas Defene resume for the 2013 season thus far
- Gave up 329 receiving yards to Calvin Johnson
- Allowed the Saints to convert 40 first downs (an NFL record)
- Allowed Mark Ingram to have his first 100 yard game of his career
- Are the first team to allow four 400 yard passers and there's still 6 games left to paly
- Allowed over 600 yards of offense to the Lions and the Saints

I'm sure I could go on for a while, but you get the idea. The act like this team can't get blown out is pretty ridiculous.

They were blown out ONCE this year. A game against a very good opponent in the there building missing most or all of six starters on defense, not including Spencer or Rat.
Teams have stinkers, almost all teams. Not saying the Cowboys are any of these, however last year's SB clubs had very bad games; SF got wacked by Seatttle, Baltimore got pummeled by the Texans, and let's not forget these Giants got trounced by the same Drew Brees during there last SB year.
Again the Boys are far too inconsistent to be mentioned with the Ravens, Niners but they are not inferior to this edition of the Giants sorry.

Dallas can beat NY, but they need a sound game plan from the coaching staff in order to do so. That is the part that worries me greatly.

I said the Saints would win by 3 or 4 TDs and received a lot of scorn from some.

Have we gotten better?

Giants win by 2 TDs and a FG... 34-17

It is a statement game for us. If we go in and win, we are 4-0 in the division, have pretty much put the Giants out of the race and own most tiebreakers. it is a serious statement game

You mean when the opposing QB has over 400 yards passing and 4 TDs while he has 3 WRs with over 100 yards receiving each that means we match up well with them.

Wow...hate to see what would happen if we did not match up well with them lol.

Let's just say we don't match up well with the saints... :D

I am not one to make predictions but it seems kinda odd some of you think you will get blown out. Whenever our teams play it is almost always close minus the one game a few years ago with Brad Johnson/Bollinger as your quarterbacks. The only prediction I will make is a hard fought, 3-7 point win for whoever wins.

I think it'll be another high-scoring game, the way many Cowboys-Giants games have been of late.

Perhaps 34-27 Giants.

The Giant's "resurgence" has come at the hands of a very soft schedule. FootballOutsiders does a week-to-week ranking of player performances based on Opponent and Situation Adjustments. Here's how Eli's performance has ranked out of starting QBs in those weeks:
Packers: 25th
Oakland: 23rd
Eagles: 12th
Minnesota: 20th

This is not a quarterback playing out of his mind that we can't go punch for punch with. Far from it actually.

Shhh... let them have their fun.
