Assuming the Cowboys make the playoffs, do we <really> want the Cowboys to be at home?

That's a big assumption haha.. Honestly would be better to be a wildcard. But with this defense, I wouldn't expect much either way.

I don't want to be at home... but I also don't want to go to GB... I suppose as long as we can stick to warmer climates and dome stadiums being on the road won't be so bad.

This team is such a joke at home, you don't see Green Bay, Philly, Seattle, Arizona, or anybody else worth a dam with a losing record at their home stadium.

The stadium isn't and wasn't built for football. Its an entertainment venue that is not conducive to winning football games.

Teams are extra motivated to defeat us at Jerry World

100% agree with you. Teams look at their schedule when it's released, they see: @ Dallas.
And their first thought is...."that's winnable".

Skip bayless always says we play better on the road. I always thought it was hogwash. Call it Jerry un-luck I guess. Built a beautiful play pen and now his team can't win in it.#typicaljerryluck

Dallas hasnt been good at home since that stadium opened and thats just how it is. They dont have a home field advantage.

that is due in a large part to the design of the stadium.

it's not a hornet's nest...it is a shopping mall,convention center, concert arena etc...

I dont think Its that at all honestly. I think its because all the fans that live close don't care because there hasnt been a reason to go for 20 years!

Cowboy fans have always had a reputation for being a quiet crowd.

Of all the games I went to in the Landry era, I only recall a Monday Night game against Buffalo where the crowd was loud and rowdy (I think we were all drunk by that time of day).

We were pretty loud during Johnson's era, Kenny Gant used to get them fired up with that "shark" thing.

Texas Stadium by design was more conducive to a loud atmosphere however, I do agree that the design on the new show palace is not. Looks like that's just how it's going to be.
