Peters on the practice squad.
Tyler the future and possibly present LT.

Obviously premature on Tyler but he has rare physical ability.

We need one more. Bringing in well known players can have a positive affect on the psyche of the team. It shows the players that the owner is trying to make this season turn out special. LB Barr and OT Peters can help in that regard, but IMO we need one more. One more and this team will believe their Super Bowl bound. We can get rid of one of the guys we have on a one year deal to bring in a big named free agent on a one year deal. Just something to think about.

The history of the NFL is littered with obvious talent that never panned out for a myriad of reasons.

Referencing the HoF with a rookie is quite a stretch.

Not just a rookie, but one who hasn't even played a regular season snap yet.
