Cowboys 3rd down success rate since week 7

We've seen Dak without Moore.

We've seen Dak with Moore.

Only in 1 of those scenarios has Dak ever been the QB of the #1 offense in the NFL.

Certainly, Moore has a part in it but Dak has gotten infinitely better as a passer/qb.

You can't just cast that off as being all Moore, especially when Moore's offenses are pedestrian without Dak.

I think us Cowboys fan wouldn't be upset if Dak played for Washington. I mean, come on, would you really be concerned facing Dak? No, you wouldn't, your focus would be the same as every opponent we face and that is stop the run game and force Dak to beat you throwing it.

If you hold the Cowboys under 100 yards rushing total you beat the Dak led Cowboys 99% of the time.

You have to understand...ALL of the usual digs on Dak can't be brought up this year so he is hanging all of his hope on that we lose in the playoffs.

It is all he has left.

It’s not just one playoff game either for these Dak trolls. It’s any loss. Dak could win two playoff game and lose the next game Dak sucks. Just enjoy the Cowboys playoff games you will only be miserable like talking heads and Cowboys trolls if you listen to the nonsense. Remember the preseason prediction consensus had the Cowboys the 8th or lower in the NFC. Now they have the second best record in the conference.

When Dak was hurt in 2020 we won games at a higher pace with Andy freaking Dalton for crying out loud.

Since then with Cooper Rush we are 5-1 without Dak.

Dak is not as important to the success of this team as you guys desperately want to believe he is.

Frankly I credit the 3rd down success to the offensive unit and Moore. From plays coming in, to offensive players executing. Remember this team has had more than their fair share of penalties yet we still manage to pick up the 1st down more often than not. I did not post this to point out Dak, while he of course is a part of it the offense in general and Moore have done a great job in these situations. Really sad when even positives turn into negatives around here.

Most of the time we ran total over 100. Funny thing is most teams have total over 100 lol. You didn't say a ypc limit.

Ive maintained all season that if Dak craps the bed in the playoffs its time to look for his replacement. I have said that to almost everyone. Even said it in the "give dak 2 more years" thread. LOL. I also am not going to say he needs to go if he plays well and the defense craps the bed and allows 200 yards rushing again.

Dak deserve credit as well, not saying that. I do think it takes an entire unit to make those plays from the protection to WR getting the yardage to make the plays. Dak pulls the trigger and has made it happen. Granted many of the 3rd downs have come via the run game as well.
