hmmmmm, I seem to remember someone started a thread on this TWO DAYS ago. yep, me. I predicted this was going to happen becaue I KNEW it was going to happen. I had people in here trying to tell me that the Cowboys driving up prices was only happening in my head. I had people telling me it was due to the possibility of Brady playing his last game.... lol. I told them all tey didnt know what they were talking about. I actually took photos of the prices rising throughout the weekend. Prices on Seatgeek with no fees were at 278 dollars prior to the Giants/Vikings kickoff and there were a LOT of tickets at that price.

Halftime of giats game they were up to 300, after Giants game they were at 348. Cowboys game they went up to 402 when Dalas was up 18-0. They went up to 507 last night after the game ended. They are now up to 580 per ticket for nosebleeds in crappy seats.

I live about 100 minutes from San Jose. I travel all over the country to go to games and I am staying home. I just refuse to get fleeced that much money.

But again, next time people want to tell me Im full of crap when it comes to tickets.... think twice. This is also due to market manipulation by these ticket brokers. THEY are also setting these prices using their algorithms since they track every person that enters their site, their purchase history, the number of people per hour looking at tickets for this game and on and on and on.

I do find it amusing to now post from Twitter what I said 3 days ago.

Did you not expect this?
Surmise same thing is going on for the other three divisional round games---
Jaguars-Chiefs
Giants-Eagles
Bengals-Bills
and you would surmise wrong.

200 bucks gets you into the Chefs game
I think it was 260 for BENGALS BILLS.

Only Eagles Giants are up there because you have two teams that play within 90 minutes of each other so fans dont need to travel to see their team, so demand is high.

The Cowboys brand may have been built in the 70s and 80s amount of hype he can build around a consistently underperforming team for nearly 30 years is rather impressive.
Jerry has nothing to do with my 4 daughters and wife being Cowboys fans. Thats why the numbers keep growing and growing regardless of success in the playoffs.

Just so happens I'm going to be in Mountain Veiw next weekend visiting my daughter's family. They are about 10-15 minutes from the stadium. I shot her a text yesterday telling her if we won last night, we would be playing Sunday right by her house. She called me 5 minutes later to tell me she bought 3 tickets for heself, her husband and me. Right around $300 each for nose bleeds.

I've been there a couple of times, by the way, Dallas have never lost a game against the 49ers that I've gone too, including the Romo comeback with broken ribs at the old Candlestick...So I'm 3-0 (Is that a platnium guarentee?)

My son in law said he might sell his ticket if the prices creep over $1,000 each.

A lot of the SoCal homies in the Southern California DC fan Club are going. At the playoff game in 2018 in LA vs. Rams I went out there and we tailgated about 100 deep at a public park on Grape Street in south central. If you don't know, that's gangland right there; Crip neighborhood.
