I think this puts Dallas about $5 million over the CAP prior to the tag of Pollard. About $15 million over with Pollard.

Not as bad as I thought, or as bad as some acted it would be. The $5 million.
I still think it was a bad idea to tag Pollard, therefore adding that $10 million.

Yep.

Restructuring Dak and Martin gets you under the cap by about $3-4 million, I believe. Then there are savings based on getting Elliott to take a major pay cut, etc.

So they'll have a little bit of money to play with but people should probably assume there will be no major moves, despite what the Cowboys are leaking to the press about something "big".
