Yes. But once the 3 week practice window is started he either has to be added to the roster or released.

I think the discussion is more about OBJ, if they sign him then they probably hold Washington in their back pocket.

Two of those are injured though, another one missed practiced due to injuries to but not expected to miss time. If the price is right we could use some WR help.
