I think Quinn's group, with all the new additions, will play well.

Cowboys are going to go to Landover, Maryland and win in a crushing blowout. The defense will dominate. We will get a healthy amount of sacks and also takeaways. We will show our arch division rival who's boss and pound them into submission.

Score will be something like 30-13 in favor of :starspin:. You heard it here first.
Hail to the Cowboys!
Cowboys 24
WFT 20

What’s not being considered is how these teams are currently performing at this time .

Cowboys have been sluggish losing 3 out of last 5 while Wash is on a 4 game winning streak.

You must always consider the current status of the teams not just the entire season, record or talent level.

And this is a much more crucial game for Wash. Lose and they fall 3 games back with 4 to go. Almost impossible to overcome and they’d lose control of their destiny which they currently control.

A desperate team in the NFL is always dangerous.

I’d argue the intangible factors are with Wash.

Who cares. They're not a good football team. They are inferior at both QB and on defense. That's all that matters.

They are a good football team now. We aren’t the same team we were earlier in the year. These intangible factors do matter.

And their defense ranks much higher than ours does.

Yes, we have a better QB but he isn’t playing at the level he was earlier in the year.

They aren't good. If you actually watch the football games... they aren't good. They've been lucky, but not good, lately.

4-0 would be considered good lately . 2-3 wouldn’t be for example.
They haven't been good. They've been lucky. Actually watch the games. What they're doing is unsustainable, especially with that quarterback. What the Packers have done is almost unsustainable....... except for the quarterback thingy is the great equalizer.

I did watch the games. I have the Sunday Ticket.

I wouldn’t quantify their season overall to be much above average but recently they have been. It’s difficult to be lucky over several weeks.

They appear to be playing their best ball while we are not. It should be a concern.

We’ll see how the game unfolds and measure who had better insight and instincts going in. But i expect a much tougher game than you are.

Carolina - Panthers had it in the bag until Cam Newton regressed and choked late
Bucs - Good win, but they got a ton of breaks on that last drag-it-out drive and got away with multiple would-be turnovers
Seattle - Seahawks had a chance to win at the end and choked in the red zone
Raiders - should have lost on final FG drive when Heinecke threw an easy would-be pick, also should have lost on an obvious DPI that wasn't called at the end

so yeah, it is quite possible in the NFL to win by sheer luck for 4 weeks, especially when you're a cruddy team like WFT with minimal talent on offense and rely on the refs and the other team choking rather than winning impressively. They're like the Bears at the beginning of last year or the Skins of the first half of the 2018 season that started 6-2 and nobody thought they were any good (and rightfully so) and that team at least had Alex Smith and Adrian Peterson who wasn't quite so geriatric back then.

Actually watch the games before you speak next time.

I have watched them and that’s not how I’d characterize all of these 4 consecutive wins.

I understand that’s what you believe but your opinion isn’t necessarily a factual assessment . Neither is your overall assessment of the Washington team.

Their win streak along with our slump has allowed them to be in a position to control their own destiny.

I’d say they are lucky the Cowboys have fell on hard times or they wouldn’t be in a position to still win the division at all.
