Dig it when my old HS gets to help the Boys! Awesome 2 years I spent there before heading back home to CA.

Why is the richest franchise in the world's contingency plan for rain to have to go to a local high school? What if they were having intramurals or something? Seems weird.

They have a relationship with Coppell they gave Coppell their old weight room equipment, and the city of Coppell has money.

Because a strong wind destroyed the team facility some years back. Next year they will have brand new state of the art indoor and outdoor practice fields.

Yeah. That new facility is pretty amazing. I'll, unfortunately, have to drive up to Frisco this afternoon....but it's fun to see the progress every few weeks.

As for using Coppell's high school. My guess is that their facilities are better than most small to mid-size colleges' up north.

The facilities are awesome, and it's like 6 miles away from Valley Ranch

Which is equally silly, considering how long ago that was. Having said that, I understand why they don't want to create another shanty town practice solution after that debacle.

I forgot about that. Wasn't there some casualties too? I remember the old ST coach was injured.

We got hammered in Austin/San Marcos today. Nasty little storm.

Cant wait to get up there to see the new facilities. I hear nothing but good things...
