You think Nolan could fall to 44 with his character concerns. He is certainly is big enough to play 1 and 3 tech. I really believe a playmaker on the inside of the defensive line is the most important player the Cowboys can get.

I looked at the teams between us and the Seahawks. I don’t see any team that would draft Tet or Golden between 12-21 but us two. If Tet gets out of the top 10 the Cowboys should have their choice of the top receivers so a team like Seattle or Denver (Hampton) are prime trade back candidates if you want more then a 4th or a 3rd. I also see teams wanting an offensive linemen or defensive end that are between 12-18. Those teams could give us something as well. If Membo or Campbell fall to us the phone will be ringing off the hook.

It's looking this way. But we all need to remember that things can and do happen. For instance, Micah's draft--it was 100 percent gonna be Horn or Surtain. But both surprisingly went before us, forcing our hand. We could, also, get an offer too good to refuse.

I'm guessing their plan A is Golden. I

Wait until Tuesday or Wednesday to see how the draft will fall. I remember a CBS insider said on Tuesday night before the draft on a Baltimore radio channel that Surtain and Horne would not make it to 10. I really could see the same thing happening with Tet/Golden.

I think IMHO this is how it will unfold. They like McMillan and golden but looking to trade down a few spots and take one of them. McMillan reminds them of Irvin, with size, ability to catch, physicality. Golden has the speed, after catch and good route runner. if they trade down to 15th range and pick up an extra 4th, and take one of those two, they will be ecstatic. then in the second they want Judkins but he may be gone by the second round pick, with Jeanty, Hampton going in the first round. if Judkins and Henderson are gone by their pick (henderson may sneak into bottom of first round), then they might trade down again and take Kaleb Johnson and then Tuten or Blue on day 3 picks in the 5th round.

3rd round we probably take a lineman, either DL or OL, but I feel we are going to get a DT in the 3rd, which sends a message to Mazi being on his last leg. Probably targetting Willaims from OSU or Joshua Farmer from FSU.

so if I had to guess it will be Golden and Judkins as first two picks.

The 49ers can go so many ways. They will be a thorne in our side.I hope the Cowboys are smart enough not to force a pick in the second round. A really good front 7 player could be staring us in the face with our pick.

Last week they were set on Golden and they weren’t interested in Simmons.

I can’t remember being this late and not knowing almost all the national 30 visitors. Many believe there could be over 10 prospects that the team has not disclosed publicly. Are they hiding their true intentions:

-only one corner in Revel
-only 2 DT’s where Collins might be local
-no linebackers, when they have been at multiple pro days
-everyone has written off Nolen, heard not to cross him off even as early as 12

I think Nolan was the favorite during the Senior Bowl. I think reports of him slipping may have slowed momentum. I wouldn't rule him out
