Yea, the Falcons don't scare me. But with our defense, we will never know.

I am trying to wrap my mind around what kind of team the Falcons are. The Chiefs had a good record but I really wasn't afraid of the Chiefs.

The Falcons are a dangerous, wounded team that is starting to play for its playoff life. 4 and 5 would put them in a bind so that is working against us.

They also seem to be a Jekyl and Hyde team that you don't really know who is going to show up. They have most of the same players that they had last year plus a few upgrades.

Julio is playing on one wheel which helps a little bit but Sanu is the real deal too. They can run the ball. So far I think the thing holding them back is their new OC. If they go back and look up what they did last year they could suddenly become dangerous.

I am concerned with their running game. This one is flip a coin for me. If the Cowboys play their best game it won't be close, but this could be a bit of a trap game after gearing up for the Chiefs.

Let's hear what you guys think about this one.
this is defintley a trap game. they are licking their wounds. hearing all the criticism and they are going to come out firing. I think this game is going to end up a shoot out, with the team having last possession, getting a chance to win the game. their RBs may give us some trouble.

Funny how some people here say coaches and schemes aren't that important yet we see how teams like ATL look totally different after losing their OC and Rams look great after getting a new one.

I was confident we would win the Chiefs game.

This one scares me. Atlanta has been scuffling but I just fear that one game where somehow, someway, their offense finds their rhythm.

I think this games scare people because Ryan can actually throw to 3 or 4 WRS at any given time like Dak and have studs at the RB.

However, their OLine isn't good, Ryan does panic when the pressure gets to him, they struggle in the redzone, they let their opposing mobile QBs run, and they are bad against the run.

IMO they will be hyped to play Dallas because they know everyone will be watching and a big win gets them back on track.

Easier game than the Chiefs. Chiefs are a better offensive team than the Falcons.

We should be able to pressure him all game so he doesn't get an easy time to hit those receivers. Chiefs Ol is better than Atlanta's.

The falcons are playing like the cowboys were playing a month ago. We should wipe the floor with them.

Tyron might be out this week from what I'm hearing.....

However Sarkisian is still the OC so we are in luck here folks. He is awful.

Tyron out, Dez out, Price out, Zeke may not play? I guess the term "if everything goes well" just got blow out of the water in one day. :yourock:

Can't lay all of the blame on Sarkesian. The Falcons had two chances to win their game last week, but the players blew it. Ryan overthrew Julio on a sure-fire TD pass. They went back to it, it was open again, and that was the one Julio dropped.

At some point, the players have to wake up and execute. Dallas needs to make sure that time isn't with them.

So much hinges on the availability of Zeke. With him this team can play with anybody. We just don’t know without him. But the chances are much greater we could lose to most teams if we don’t have his services. He is a complete back. The most complete back in the NFL by a wide margin.

For me, all bets are off until we know his fate.

Their brilliant OC also cost them a Super Bowl, but whatever.

If we play at even 80% of last week and don't give up 60 yard tds with 2 seconds left we should be fine

The OC from last is now the HC for SF
