So, what are we expecting to see tonight at 8 pm Eastern as the Cowboys play in Seattle?
In a shell, we'll see: A simple version of Parker's defense that simply tries not to look foolish, and a whole lot of guys trying to stay away from 9-to-5 jobs. So, what are we expecting to see tonight at 8 pm Eastern as the Cowboys play in Seattle?

I'll have my eyes on LT Overton and Devin Moore on Defense and on Offense, pretty much everyone at one time or another.
Need to see one of the younger WRs ball out, need to see a backup OT step up and look solid, and at least one RB make a case for RB2, and then of course how Howell/Milton look.
I wouldn't get my hopes up about Shelton this soon. I think he's a project at this point. I mean, all of them are, really, but Shelton moreso, even — that's not necessarily a bad thing, though, as I feel like he has the highest ceiling, but I think it's going to take quite a while.Yeah, I'll be watching them as well. I'm also going to try to see how Drew Shelton handles things at Tackle. We might need him if Steele or Guyton struggle. And yeah, I'm curious to see how our defence does.

Not much. Just hoping nobody gets hurt. So, what are we expecting to see tonight at 8 pm Eastern as the Cowboys play in Seattle?
Been a minute since I was this into seeing a preseason game. It still won’t say much about the team overall, but there are many new key faces that we have yet to see.
Most importantly, just get out of there healthy. If anyone playing tonight misses time now, that could be it for them for the season as far as earning significant trust and playing time. Obviously serious injuries are far worse for the careers of younger guys. Nothing like that please.
This team could be pretty good, but it’s going to have to be on the luckier side with injuries for it to all work.

Pre-season games are rarely an indication of what a team will be once a season starts. No game planning, the most vanilla of plays and formations on both sides of the ball. And your best players won’t play. And the opponent is also not playing their best players either.
IMO, the only value in a PS game is it may show what some of the rookies and marginal players who are trying to make the roster can do.
I hear ya—I think I was just trying to protect you, and anyone who thinks he could be a potential "answer" right away.I'm not necessarily trying to get my hopes up. I'm just trying to see if he's capable lol.
