Cowboys at Seahawks Preseason Pregame Thread

I’m here waiting for the game! Coming from Arkansas then driving down to Oxnard after the game for a week then on to Arizona for next week’s game!

Very few starters will see the field tonight and I doubt those that do play will see more than a quarter.

The Cowboys have already stated no Dak this preseason so I am wondering how they will play Milton and Howell. Will each QB get a half? Will each alternate? Or will they give each QB one entire game?
I figure one will start this week, the other will start the following week. Whoever starts the 3rd game may be an indication of QB 2.
Unless they want to showcase one for a possible trade for a later round pick. If a team needs a QB.

I’m just thrilled to be watching football, preseason or not

I thought the starters were not playing tonight.
From what I have heard, no staters will be playing, that is why I am not even interested in some scrimmege game, just a waste of my time. lol...boring.

Pretty much, but still should be fun to watch
I get hyped up for them a little bit but once it's into the 2nd half I'm usually only half-watching. By the time the 4th quarter rolls around I'm pretty much over it unless there's someone on the bubble I'm rooting for to make big plays.

More than anything else it’s just good to have football back. Last year was a nightmare and time to put it behind them.

As a Texas Tech season ticket holder, I saw David Bailey play in person several times. He’s the best pass rusher I’ve seen in a long time. An absolute disruptive beast. I noticed even in this PS game film the Bucs double teamed him on a couple of plays.

I also saw Malachi Lawrence play for UCF a couple of times, both times vs Tech. The difference between Bailey and Lawrence is big. MLaw is raw, athletic and has upside. But Bailey - at least right now - is way better.

Hopefully MLaw can develop. But anyone thinking he’s going to be an instant success needs to realize he’s much more of a project that needs some patience.
It will be fun to see how he does this season. The Jets picked him second overall and that's where Lance had him ranked.
