You're definitely right. Dunbar is really quick with his cuts, but its more quickness than actual straight running speed. Scandrick is probably the fastest person on the team.

IMO Witten has the best hands, then Cole, and lastly Bryant. Dez has has more drops/fumbles in the past than Wit & Beasely

Not even close between Scandrick and Dunbar. Out of college, Dunbar ran a 4.47. Scandrick ran a 4.32.

You won't be able to convince me that Scandrick has slowed down that much...
