Mike golic and mark Shlerif (sp?) claimed we are number one all though Shlerif said the packers are a clear second the rest is hazy

I think you mean Mark Schlereth.

As a funny aside....all of the ESPN "experts" were pretty bad this week in their predictioins. Jaworski was the best at 7-6. Everyone else was .500 or worse. Parity reigns in the NFL.

Funny you said that. I was thinking thank God I'm not a betting man last week as the results came across the screens.

I would never have thought the Rams would have beaten NO (esp with NO playing at home). I'd have picked the Skins over Philly as well, and the Colts to beat the Chargers. And Detroit to beat the Cards. There were a couple other crazy outcomes as well.
