Said Jerry: "I feel like we have one of the best people at that position, and one of the best people that a team has in the NFL. He’s a big part of our my optimism.”

OXNARD, Calif. - Dak Prescott, starting with Wednesday's first on-field work at Oxnard training camp, is ready to cut 'er loose.

“I’m in the best shape of his life,” the Dallas Cowboys QB recently told us. "I've trained more functionally than I ever have. ... So, I see it in my body, I see it the way I move and how the ball is coming out."

But the Jones family - valuing his $40 million APY quarterback at Tuesday's camp-opening presser with COO Stephen saying, "We're blessed to have a franchise QB in Dak Prescott'' - meanwhile revealed a plan of caution, even though Prescott is fully healthy for the first time in almost two years.

Said owner Jerry Jones: “Well, I don’t want to see him throw a ball halfway the length of the field and strain something out here the third day. And, so, that’s for starters right there, and I don’t think we’ll see that.''

I'd hype him up too if I dropped $160 million on him and thank GOD I didn't because Dakota "Toad Hunter" Prescot isn't worth two wooden nickels.

If you don’t recognize them I can’t specifically call them out.

And if you don’t think rival fans would come on our forum to needle us posing as unhappy Cowboy fans then id argue naivety . It’s known to occur.

It was rampant in our old Cowboys site. Especially after games. More difficult here with time you have to wait to begin posting.
I know that some cowboy fans have took the time to spy on Eagles, Giants, etc , but it has not been often. There has been a few rival fans that has come here to post, but it is not as common as you think. It does not bother me in the least for rival fans to post on this site. It is good entertainment for the most part.

It's not normal for a jag to play lights out against crappy teams and then go MIA when things really count. That's why people say his stats are inflated. He absolutely sleepwalking right through division opponents and looked just horrible against Broncos, Cardinals, 49ers.

So with that said, if Dak is jag.... why haven't other jags through 100 years of football been able to put up the production
When he balls out against a decent team, let us know. Putting up big numbers against the bottom-dwellers in the league doesn’t mean a thing. Several of us posters have stopped commenting on Dak because his fanboys gets their feelings hurt. You must not watch much football. Every QB in the league in the league is judged by their ability to win games, especially the big games that effects the playoffs.

My first question is, are you saying he's never balled out against decent teams??? How about the first game of the season when he led a great game winning drive against the then Superbowl champ Buccaneers..... was it Daks fault that the defense let Brady march down field to set up for a game winning fg??? So i guess Dak should have ran in on defense and made a play huh..... was that Dak's fault too???

Dan Marino never won the biggest game.... but Trent Dilpher and Nick Foles did.

According to your logic, how should we judge Marino against Dilpher and Foles???

Doug Williams, Mark Rypien and Joe Theismann all won "the biggest game that count". Marino didn't.... Marino is in the Hall of Fame, Rypien and Theismann aren't, but why not??? Marino couldn't win the game that counted the most but those other quarterbacks did.

So according to your logic, how can a quarterback who couldn't win the biggest game when it counted and could never get back there be in the Hall of Fame and Dilpher, Rypien, Theismann, and Foles who ALL PROVED THEY CAN WIN THE BIGGEST GAME THAT COUNTS cant not even come close to Hall of Fame considerations??

I respect and value your opinion, i really do, because looking at the production Dak has been able to put down, his winning percentage, the record numbers he's put up in his first four or five seasons as a starting quarterback, that only a handful of people in the 100 year history has been able to do.... also being considered a top 10 quarterback by current and former players/Hall of Famers, coaches, GMs, scouts, etc....

This is what confuses me. These people who are paid millions to eat sleep and breathe football for a living says "he's top 10" or "he's a very good quarterback in this league" and on top of that, the official NFL statisticians have him placed in the rankings at top 10 based off of production, NOT opinion.... it just doesn't add up why all these professionals would put their credibility on the line by saying a "jag" is top 10.

With all due respect to you.... are you telling me you know more about the quarterback position at the NFL level than those NFL professionals I listed above??? Why aren't these trained professionals saying he's "jag"???

His production isn't either....

Maybe you can help me make what you're saying make sense according to everything I just posted.
