I think from time to time he drops the dress code. He did it a few weeks ago after a game in the locker room and the players all cheered. Dez's suit carry on is for game day.

I've never understood the suit requirement to go to the stadium, and certainly not to travel. US has become overwhelmingingly business casual from what I can tell, but professional athletes should wear suits to drive and fly?

Personally I think it's silly. I have to wear a suit majority of time for my work but I never do it when I'm traveling to a client site unless I have to go meet the clients right after I land.

Wearing a suit to travel makes you a grown up? Wearing suits to travel to a game and wearing suits to walking into a football stadium is just stupid.
