They think Marinelli will be in Tampa but Cowboys will get compensation. Probably swapping RD5 and Tampa giving Dallas its RD4.

I would like the compensation. In reality, Marinelli is not going to save next season as DL coach

I still say Jerry gets greedy and ask for more compensation and no swaping of pick. I also think that the maybe one of the reason why Garret is staying, is that Jerry wants continuity. He has said that letting Gaily go early was a mistake. Also I think he seen how Payton has done in NO and wants that here. I feel he knows he made a mistake of letting Payton go and doesn't want to do that with Garrett. Remember, when Payton was OC with the Giants, he was removed of his play calling duties by Fassel and then released at the end of yr. Parcells gave him a chance here and he did well and continues that success in NO. The only thing is that Payton doesn't have a meddling owner and Garrett has over 3 yrs to improve.
