Mincey holding out for money is "stupid"
S. Jones says Mincey is under contract, he signed it and we expect him to be here. If he's not the team will act accordingly.
A player like Jack Crawford or Ben Gardner could end up taking Minceys spot. Gardner is the guy to watch, coaches are really impressed with him. And played him even on the right side during OTAs and did good.
RB situation: I think this team could match last yrs production running the ball as a commitee.
J. Jones: Randle is the guy.
He alone isnt going to get the job done, He needs McFadden.
Is Rolando McClains situation where he had the surgery too late, not rehabbing hard enough or just too hurt to be ready on time?
Broaddus: its not puzzling to me because of the person it is. He's big when hes on the field, but he's a distraction off the field.
Talking to the team, they didnt know what was going on with him. They didnt know the extent of the surgery. Wouldve like for him to have had it done in Dallas.
Reminds me of Mike Jenkins situation.
First few games last yr it looked like they stole one. But at the end of the yr they couldnt count on him. Hitchens could barely walk and he was out there starting.
Comes a time where you just have to cut ties.
Damian Wilson could be better than Hitchens. Watch out for him. Wilson is quicker and sees the play and makes the play.
Dez getting a new deal was critical. We all knew he wasnt going to miss any reg games. But having his leadership on the practice field was important. Great practice player.
