It is unlikely, but not beyond possibility, for the Cowboys to get two home games in these playoffs.

Wildcard Round
1. Cowboys win @Tampa - Cowboys have to win their first playoff game on the road.
2. Giants win @ Minnesota - The Giants lost a one score game to the Vikings last month. It is certainly possible they might win a rematch.
3. Seahawks win @ 49ers - To many, the 49ers should win easily. But this is another division rivalry game, and they are always subject to surprises, as when the Giants won in 2007 after losing to the Cowboys twice in the regular season, or when the only game the 1-15 Cowboys won in 1989 was against division rival Washington.

Divisional Round
1. Seahawks win @ Philadelphia - the Eagles are banged up, and could be vulnerable to an upset.
2. Giants lose @ Dallas - the Cowboys will host a playoff game if all the wildcard teams win this coming weekend.

Championship Round
1. Cowboys host Seahawks in NFC Championship game.

Mega Millions is $1.1B right now.

You think there is any chance I might hit it?
You mean the math tax, for those that don't understand certainty of losing money in the lottery....

( No offense to anyone who plays the lottery, but think it over... You'd do much better spending your money on a business idea, product or service you've been thinking about)

Better off taking the odds on powerball.

I think the Giants beating the Vikings is a real possibility. They lost to the Vikings on a late 61 yard FG, one of 11 one-score games the Vikings won. A lot of good things had to happen to win 11 one-score games and that’s not likely to continue.

Granted, Seattle-SF is a Division game and anything can happen, but SF is the better team through and through. There’s no comparison to the ‘07 Cowboys-Giants. The 49ers don’t have a bye like the Cowboys did and, even if they did, you wouldn’t hear their HC spouting they’ve already won a playoff game because they had a bye.

I actually think the first two are going to happen.

Seahawks at Niners could happen. There’s the beating a team three time factor in play here. Not likely, but not impossible, and it clearly makes a MASSIVE difference for our purpose….which is why I was rooting for Detroit for that spot, because all considered, they are probably better than Seattle.

Even if Seattle doesn’t go on to beat Philly, them beating SF would allow us that second round home game, which would really help.

Seahawks have a good team. Anything is possible. At some point the rookie QB for San Fran has to start double clutching. Minn who knows what team will show up. Ditto for us playing TB.

Well it's a long shot
But it's nice to know it's a possibility.

I get what you're saying, but a ticket is $2. That's a soda.
