They can create $32 million of space by restructuring Dak and cutting Zeke alone; and that doesn't even factor in all the other moves they can make with the contracts of Tyron Smith, D-Law, Zack Martin, etc..

Every year there is so much hand wringing about cap space and nothing ever changes. Last year Dallas was $27 million under and didn't spend any of it anyway.

The Giants are $41 million under the CAP with 51 players signed and the rookie pool accounted for. and they are not afraid to go out and get top tier free agents. They know what they need to do to catch the Eagles and they will do it.

I expect them to be aggressive and get some quality receivers in the offseason, and possibly some interior offensive linemen. Don't be surprised if they make a play for LVE.

As much as, Cap Boy talks about the cap and saving cap dollars...why the hell is he always over? Get a real GM in Dallas and stop the charade of either Jones being a GM.

No Real GMs go on vacation at the start of FA, just be owners to stop playing make believe cause everyone knows they don't really do any football work.

Schultz will be gone....only hope of keeping Pollard is if they franchise tag him at a cost nearly $10M for 2023.....they will be stuck restructuring the POS QB which means Dallas will be in purgatory for more years.

I will laugh if Schultz goes to the Chargers and has a great season.

When they sign Daniel Jones at 35-40 million per and Barkley at 14-15 per that will dry up

I am not afraid of our division. This team is built to beat them. Our Defense will only improve. We have 2 quality TE if we lose Shultz. Elliot will restructure and take a pay cut. Dak may and others will restructure. Anyone know how much the cap goes up this year. We are fine.

Even if they sign those 2 the cap hits will not be the numbers you presented but structured in a way to allow the Giants to bring in some quality free agents. The fact of the matter is the Eagles, Giants, and Washington have shown signs of catching Dallas in terms of talent....and this season will be even more competitive.

Dallas 2023 opponents: Giants (x2), Eagles (x2), Washington (x2), Lions, Rams, Patriots, Jets, Seahawks, Cardinals, Bills, Panthers, Chargers, Dolphins, 49ers

Do not expect another 12-5 season in 2023 with that schedule....lucky if double digits.

It’s not just the dollars, it’s the value of the player for each successive season. Therefore, short contracts are favored.

Did Zeke's dad say he wasn't taking a pay cut on twitter?

Lol. He ain’t Elliot. Elliot knows this is his best chance to stay with us. He will be healthy and have fresh legs next year. Will be the short yardage and hammer next year if he stays. If used properly with the formula he will be fine. This OC or Dak is so dumb for simply not sticking with the formula. Every team knows it and says how predictable we are yet when it’s simply stuck to they know they can’t beat us.
