The play now has to go through 3 people before it gets to Romo, because our OC cannot read coverages?

Great GM work Jerry.

LOL at Tony hearing these farts arguing over the play call.

Wade to Callahan - "No, Bill...it's 3rd down and long not 2nd down."

Bill - "Oh yea...it is 3rd down. I wanna call a play that has has every route stopping short of the first down!"

Wade - "Uh..."

Jason - "Oh snap! 5 seconds left on the play clock! Do it Bill!"

Bill - "Yay! I have a job!"

So in there own passive way, looks like Jerry and Jason are blaming the playcalling. Its always the fault of somebody or something other than the core.

Well, I guess if we play poorly on offense people wont be able to complain there were no adjustments during the bye week.

2 things I don't like about this, one is we're taking long enough to get the play in now.
2 is your Qb coach should be on the sidelines going over defenses with the QB.

But hey...

Sounds like an awfully time-consuming process. This Cowboys offense already has a hard time getting the snap off while there is still more than 2-3 seconds on the clock.

Frankly, I'd rather that Romo call all the plays himself. If he did that he might get all of the snaps off with 8 seconds still left on the clock, and the Cowboys might run more plays.

Well, do you think if they didnt feel this was a problem...that they would be making changes going into the 11th game of the season? This is blatantly saying that playcalling is an issue and JG needs to montor it.
Its always someone else's fault. They never run out of scapegoats.

The simple question is at what point is the head coach held accountable? Next year? Two years? 7 years from now? When is the finger pointed at the head coach?

Honestly, I have no idea what you're talking about. It looks like there were some issues and they are taking steps to correct it. And it makes sense to make such changes during the bye week. I've seen nothing said that indicates they are making this change to create a "scapegoat." That's your own fabrication.

While fans claims we can't possibly have the information available to us that coaches possess ( but our coaches are "professionals" of a simple *** game and we are incapable of questioning their knowledge/expertise). It would be funnier if it wasn't our team...I guess every business has it's rackets tbh?

Ok, a few questions and concerns I have.

How many additional delay of games will this add?
Will Red have a play card now?
The direct communication between Wilson and Romo is gone. Maybe that's good?
The public admission that the OC needs help reading coverages looks bad for the team and Callahan.
Jerry's Jokeland continues roll on
