You literally could drive a truck through some of those holes...Hell...even @ my age I could have gaines 6.5 yards. Colored me unimpressed with this guy...Sounds like our special teams coach has a quite a bit of pull in the room....wanting him for our special teams play. Looks like we got way too many guys dedicated...to just special teams this year. Sure looks like it's taking away from the more important units on offense and defense.

He's a decent all around 3rd down back who understands his assignments and is good in the passing game. That's what you want for a 3rd RB.

Milton physically is not a ton better than Howell. Slightly, yes. However, the QB position is not based on physicality. Must be able to pass at an NFL level, period. Must be able to consistently move the ball, read the D, stuff like that. Milton is a big play QB who has trouble w/ the playbook and going through progressions.

True, but this preseason, Joe Milton looked very good. Completing 75% of his passes for 3 passing TDs and 1 rushing TD with no turnovers. Milton performed so much better, yet got cut? Brutal.

Watched Demercado's first interview on the Cowboys' YouTube channel. Guy couldn't stop smiling and looks genuinely pumped up to be a member of the Cowboys. Can't wait to see how he performs.
