I don’t like that we downgraded at ST. That’s a big job. Linebackers, too.

Most of the other moves look like parallel or minor improvements to me, with Richard and Alexander being the two biggest gets.

ST’s can’t be any worse than they were. They were average at best.
Agree at LB coach, but I was not a big fan of Eberflus anyway, but not a fan of Bloom at any position. Neither seemed to develop any players regardless.

Glad to see Baker gone as well, Jackson last year and Richards this year is a huge upgrade.
Not sure if I am sold on Lett still, it in his defense they never give him top talent to work with.
We still need a dedicated DE coach, and let Rod focus on the overall D.

ST's average? We lead the league in coverage, and had arguably the best punter in the league. Now, the kicking game, or Bailey needs some psychiatric help, but that's ok.

In some ways an argument could be made we downgraded or stayed about the same.
The ST one might turn out to be a big loss.

I am curios about Richard and if he is viewed in house as the DC in waiting and if so how much say he has over the Players we get in FA and the draft
