it would be a 4 way tie...between Dallas, Philly, Minn, and GB

I am only assuming..but Dallas beat Philly twice wins Div, Minn beat GB twice wins that Div and Dallas wins tiebreaker over Vikings.

GB would be a wild card team. Dallas would be a division champion.

They must have updated that playoff scenario generator. I kept getting Min as the #2 SEED with both them and Dallas at 11-5.

Happy to see their is a shot at the #2 seed.


Guess what, we should probably pull for the Giants tonight. I know that sounds crazy, but we really need them to have something to play for as long as possible.

We may need a Giants win in week 17 over Min to get that #2 seed.

May sound crazy, but teams with nothing to play for many times play better than they would if they had something to play for..assuming all is equal. IE - they play their starters, which I imagine the Giants would do..

There's a much greater chance of us missing the playoffs than getting the #2 seed if the Giants keep winning. Im not gonna root for a team to further themselves into a position to end our season.

It was a blast, and I had some voodoo lady sitting next to me and my son, trying to put a curse on my Cowboys. When it wasn't working, she pulled out the Holy Water for Brees and company.

If things fall a certain way this week (if I'm not mistaken), we could go into week 17 with a chance at the #2 overall seed while still having a chance to miss the playoffs entirely.

I remember something similar happening to the Cardinals in the early 80s. It was the last game of the season against the Skins and it came down to a FG; if they made it they would be NFC East division champs. If they missed it, they would be out of the playoffs. They missed it.
