Cowboys create more than 19m in cap space with three restructures

We could make a move in the offseason for Joe Burrow if Dak craps the bed again. Burrow is beyond frustrated with the Cincinnati front office.

It's now or never for Dak.
I think he's done. Dak isn't going to pull off a twilight super bowl win like Brady, Manning, or Elway all did at the end of their careers. Dak simply isn't the same level QB as those 3. Not even close. Jerry would have to resurrect the 85 Bears defense and all he's really done this offseason is move a few deck chairs around while applying a fresh coat of paint to a few others. Jerry has done just enough to get people off his butt for the time being, which is what he always does.

That would be the smart move. We're headed into year 11 and he still hasn't accomplished anything, so the logical move would be to give him more money. Why not?
I love you man, a weird fan would say you're crazy for saying this, a smart fan will say YOU'RE RIGHT LOL it's all for the brotherhood lol

He's my biggest concern as well, especially with injuries. Every other year he gets hurt, and he's due. His body isn't aging well.

I do think he's gotten better, and if the defense takes less strain off of him, it could be a better season than we've seen in a long while. Hopefully that will happen

But I fear it might be up to Howell in the end if Dak's body collapses again.

IMO, your assessment of the offseason isn’t far off base. We made some nice moves but it’s not enough. I think we did as well as could be expected. Jerry has often made decisions by committee and many times did things on his own. However, this year he truly has seemed to take a step back. My hope is that it stays that way and we can do enough next year to truly compete.

They need to wait until the trade deadline to do anything. This is smart what they're doing.

The Cowboys have to win these first two games before it gets rough. If they're 4-2, then let's do something. If they're 2-4, then let's not. They need to stay healthy, too.
