“It’s a desire and a fire that lights up behind us when we read that, and that’s something that shows our identity,” defensive tackle Cedric Thornton said. “Something that paints the picture of who we are with our words, so it’s something we want to live by. Something like the Ten Commandments almost, or something you definitely want to keep to a higher standard.”

I love the fact that the players are leading the locker room. If they hold together and hold each up and accountable, there is nothing that they can't accomplish.

They were charged by Garrett to come up with a players' creed, a statement that would define their expectations for the season and each other.

Staring closely, one can clearly see Jerry Jones whispering into Benjamin Frankin's ear, "Why does Jason get to stand up there instead of me?"

Seriously though, this was a great group cohesion idea and tool. Whitehead may be the only player to have bucked the creed so far this season. The singleminded togetherness should make something everyone in the organization proud.

I disagree. He's clearly saying to Franklin that Romo starting in the playoffs should be constitutionally guaranteed

When it is all said and done, Jason Garrett will be remembered as a very remarkable NFL Head Coach.

His play calling and game management didn't exactly set the world on fire but his team building philosophy, work ethic, patience, diplomacy, and perseverance has created something special that I hope to enjoy for several years.

This is just another example of his unique style.

In one of Dez's post games, I think we saw part of it posted behind him and the interviewer.

1. Winning is Everything.

Others said Do Your Job, Be Accountable, Team Above Individual, and one more I can't remember.
