I don't really get this move at all. He was great for us last year. Why not bring him to camp and give Legatron some competition. You can cut him then...

Because they have to get down to 80 players sooner than they would in a normal training camp/pre-season. Decisions have to be made now. This is not the first time Forbath was around, but never even attempted a kick in training camp for Dallas.
