Cowboys defense must stop Ladell Betts

The Cowboys know how difficut it is to run against Denver's defense.
So what does it say about Washington's Ladell Betts that he carried 26 times for 114 yards and a touchdown in last week's win over the Broncos?
"He showed what he can do,'' Cowboys linebacker Keith Brooking said.
"He's not the type of guy who is really going to pop out at you and make four or five great plays a game. He's consistent. He's a good inside runner, he can bounce and hit outside. I think he's good on third down. He can catch the ball out of the backfield and is good in pass protection.
"You look at him, he's not a flashy type of player but there's not a hole in his game. He's very solid in everything he does.''
