Thought this could be interesting. Sometimes I over-analyze things, and my wife NEVER watches any games with me.

Low and behold, I go to the game on Sunday and I'm bummed out. First thing she said: "Crayton needs to be fired!"...she was furious at him, but spoke of nothing else.

Come to find out, she watched the entire game (or at least most of it). She also gets mad when people talk about getting rid of Wade. Her point: the man made them WAY better than they've been for years. Parcells couldn't even do that.

She may have a point...

Your wife is right about one thing, it's not all Wade's fault. But the firing of Crayton is going a little overboard. But I do feel her frustration.

I flew mine all the way to Texas to watch them lose. She wants everybody fired. Except Romo. She would Rather have gone to the Bahamas. Guess who's planing a trip to the Bahamas.:D

My wife loves Wade... she only suffered four black eyes this season with Dallas under his tenure...

There is no woman on earth that wants the Cowboys to win more than her...

Must be nice...we are actually expecting our first little Cowboys fan in July :stetson:

Please tell your wife that Crayton is only a number 3 receiver and has made some big plays for us, and that everyone stinks things up on occasion.

Even Payton Manning threw 6 interceptions in one game this year, and like Crayton, he didn't do it on purpose.

But, if she thinks Crayton should button his lip next year, I'm all for it.

Congrats. My eleven y/o daughter has put her foot down. After seeing the pictures she says I'm no longer allowed to attend Dallas games with out her.

Just wait man.;) Kids are far worse than Moms.

You do realize he flat out quit, right? In the middle of the game on what would have been a game winning play, in the playoffs!

Thanks. I hope to be able to take him/her to games, but based on the prices at the new stadium, it doesn't look to good...at least right now.

Come on now, he didn't quit, he just made a really stupid mistake on one play a duffed a couple of others.

Keep in mind that before that game, the only Cowboys she new existed were Romo, T.O....that's probably it. She now knows who Crayton is...that's why this is so funny.

I'm hoping she'll start watching games next season!

Santana Moss must also be a quitter....

Quit? Nah, he slowed up when he should of kept sprinting. He made a rookie mistake that cost us dearly. But he didn't completely quit on the play.

Maybe not more, but I got one that has to want it just as bad.

She is really something.

She doesn't handle losing very well either.:D

So does anyone watch the games with you?
Are you doing your part of converting the next generation(s) of Cowboy fans?
I always wonder if anyone on this board even enjoys watching the game.
During the game threads you hear of guys rewinding the game to see if something really happen, doesn't anyone else just enjoy the game and analyze it the next day?

I am just curious, because I have heard of others that can't watch the game with anyone else.

It used to be no one would watch games with me. I acted like it really mattered in my life. Now I view it as entertainment, more than life or death.
Maybe because I'm older.:) But now my daughter watches most of the time with me and my wife started watching when Aikman was her dream man.
Now it's Romo. I would gladly make the trade with him for Jessica too.:D

I still get upset when we lose, but I haven't kicked the dog in a few years.
