It seems like the players the Cowboys draft overall have very good talent but are looking for that 2nd contract instead of loving the game.
Along w/ just how well that talent fits together to form a super bowl contender. The talent of the roster is routinely overvalued by fans and the front office.

It's okay if fans do it. It's a problem when the front office does it.
This was what "RKG" was all about and something Garrett always harped on, but it seems like McClay and co. were never truly interested in that trait when it came to picking players. It seems like the players the Cowboys draft overall have very good talent but are looking for that 2nd contract instead of loving the game.
It is more of the Dallas Cowboys brand. When you become a Cowboy it’s like being a made man. When Jaylon signed his extension he also developed a sun glasses deal with the Joneses. Dak probably has one of the top 3 endorsement checks in the league because he is a Cowboy. The issue is and always will be the marketing of the Cowboys and the Joneses being the president and general managers of the team.It seems like the players the Cowboys draft overall have very good talent but are looking for that 2nd contract instead of loving the game.
