Washington is a blocking TE. It was the fans and maybe some "draft experts" who talked him up. Unlikely he'll be much of a factor as a receiver.

I disagree. He started his career as a WR. He was just never asked to catch. I think he ends up being the best TE out of the entire draft.

the one below average player (Duece Vaughn) should probably get a bit of an exemption. His score is largely brought down due to his size. Given his position and likely role his size may be more of a benefit.

RB is one of the least important positions for RAS.
It is such a skill-based position.
Similar to QB in that regard.

He was middle of the pack on returns..he only made the Pro Bowl due to him being a Cowboy. and all the Napolean Complex voters pushing him into the Pro Bowl flag football game.
