Watching Gallimore I am really disappoint at his ability to hold up to blocks. I thought Gallimore would be something like DaVon Hamilton of the Jags. I actually was hoping the Cowboys would draft Hamilton. But Gallimore doesn't seem to have the strength of a guy like Hamilton. At this point, I don't think Gallimore brings anything to the table.

Bohanna was getting a lot of praise earlier in the season. Those guys were actually playing pretty well, especially when Cooper Rush was at QB. Not sure when these injuries have taken place, but the play in the middle has fallen off. About the only consistent, and you and I seemed to agree, was LVE was playing well.

I full expect another offseason where they maybe throw a mid round pick at a DT and then sign a bunch of JAGS or guys way over the hill while using a first round pick on a TB or WR.

If they really gave two ***** about the position, it would be a total gut job and they would invest real assets in the position. I wouldn't hold my breath.

  • They either sign a legit staring free agent DT or draft one in the 2nd round or earlier.
  • I should get good odds on the bet since the vast majority of fans don't believe that it will happen.

Watching Corey Peters last night for Jacksonville. 13 year vet, signed a 1 year, 1.2 million dollar deal and he absolutely wrecked the middle of the field last night.

They have spent capital in the 3rd round on DTs most of the DTs that have come out in the first 3 rounds in the last 5 years have been underwhelming. It has been mostly boom or bust, for every Vea or Q, Williams there have been just as many duds if not more. I hope they re-sign Hankins though it would be interesting to see how the defense performs with him for a whole season.

In base defense just play Hankins n Bo together at DT on run downs since their not getting pass rush from the position anyway, at least stop the run.
