Cowboys-Eagles are 4-4 in last 8 games

Are we closing the gap between us and them or was 44-6 the true indicator of the chasm between the Cowboys and Eagles? I believe the former is true. For most of the early part of the decade, they clobbered us. We usually weren't even in the game. The last few years, I have liked our chances and it has gotten better each season. I don't think 44-6 indicated Eagles dominance as much as it indicated Cowboys futility on that day. Here's hoping the Cowboys start a new chapter in this series by whipping the third bird in a row tonight.

Granted the Eagles went 8-24 those 2 years, but....

I think so too as far as public perception, but both organizations know what's really going on. If the Cowboys win tonight, that would really make a statement.
