Are the Cowboys going to resign Josh Brent in a desperate attempt to even out the talent?

I liked Brent. He was immovable in the middle of the line. Didn't get upfield much but he was stout in the middle of the defense. He might have been a little on the dumb side though.

I think Hamilton was a solid rotational guy not much more. He bounced from the Cowboys roster to practice squad several times.

Fringe player at best, after seeing him trucked by the Denver RB I’m thinking fringe is even a stretch!

Hamilton lacked talent.

It's not just size that makes a DT effective. Quick feet, lateral agility, flexibility, core strength, explosiveness/quick first step, hand speed, leverage/ability to get low.

I know I see people all the time thinking it's size. It is to a point, but it's size w/ talent. Slugs get owned at the NFL level.
