What a damn waste of a pick - the problem with all of this is half the board could see this coming the second we drafted the bum.
You are 100% right and I fear that Hill will be a wasted pick as well. Dallas had some good safety prospects that they passed in to draft Hill thanks to Marinelli. It seems like any of the Marinelli picks are garbage.

What's it going to be then, eh?

Going to go out on a limb here and say there is little if any chance this happens.
Me if the Eagles acquired him:

How about this statement from one of the Cowboys shows. They perefer to cut Taco over Redmond because they think if they cut Redmond "they might end up playing against him on Sunday."

Apparently, they have no such fear of facing their former 1st round draft choice.

They would have taken if it was offered, but no one will trade you anything if they think the guy will be cut and they can get him for free.

Its the same reason Tony Romo was cut instead of getting a draft pick for a guy who had played in Pro Bowls.
Yes, the Texans wanted Romo bad , but Jerry kept running his mouth which gave away his intentions. Jerry could have got some quality draft picks is he would stop putting team business on the front page of every sports section in newspapers.

Please don't let anyone in the division claim him. Trade him anywhere else for 2021 conditional 7th to keep this from happening.

Ya but those same people said that Travis Frederick, LVE, Jaylen Smith, and DLaw were bad picks too...

I thought they would get picks back, but if the Texans wanted Romo that badly why didn't they sign him for free after he was cut?

"Cowboys owner/general manager Jerry Jones says he’s “not in any way dismissing” defensive Taco Charlton helping the team this season despite being inactive the first two games."
“And obviously he started out as a No. 1 draft pick,” Jones told 105.3 The Fan. “Everybody is aware that their expectations are elevated the minute they have that tag, a No. 1 draft pick. More is expected. That's probably unfair, if there's such a word in this process. … But overall, Taco can step out there and play winning football for us and may be just early on in his career. So, I'm not in any way dismissing Taco
."

Lest we forget what that bastion of truth, Jerry Jones, said about Taco only yesterday. Oh what a difference a day makes in Jerry's World...
