Cowboys fans are customers and just like consumer watch groups, the fans need a body to represent them and make their voices heard..

When the organization feels there is now a solid united front for the fans it will start thinking of doing business the best way common sense dictates..

I am not saying this group is to interfere with football and staffing, but in a situation where the whole world agrees the keep doing things the same things hoping for something to change, or knowing that a party represents a bad impact on the organization performance then there where this group comes in and let others know what we, as fans (customers) feel.

Now i am not saying this at this time advocating of firing this or that..but it's just a thought I had while thinking how fans can deliver a united message and make that message reach the powers that be

Fans cant agree on anything. Good luck with the unified voice petitioning Jerry on how to run a team. prossman

Isnt Texas an anti-union state?

You do realize that unions are dying and had the lowest membership rate in 70 years last year right?

And why would I want to pay someone to speak on my behalf?

I am sorry to use the word "Union"..seems some people are testy for such terms...

Call it what you want..a group, a body, a board, fan watch, supporters trust..
Whatever...just have some sort of a unified voice..

And if anyone is to interested good for them..it's not mandatory..it's just a body that groups fans who share the love and concern for their Dallas Cowboys and willing to come together..

Don't worry, the word union will sound real nice when our corporations succeed in breaking them and there is no one there to hold their feet to the fire about pay and such. When we become the United States of Cambodia making half of our pay, no med benefits, no vacation, no workers rights, overtime, or even the ability to collectively bargain Unions will be the buzz word. Except everyone would have neglected to understand the reason they live so well without unions is because of unions.

Whenthe American dream becomes the American plan on how to survive everyone will remember why they were started in the first place.

The threads on the Zone have gotten sillier and sillier everyday... Gonna be a long offseason. *sigh*

Day after day. Week after week. Month after month. Year after year, some folks point out every single Jerry Jones flaw (real or imagined). To correct Jones' flaws, tactics are conceived or even occasionally implemented towards fixing his problems. Yet, virtually all of the conceptions and creations themselves are inherently flawed.

It is like a neverending influx of Jerry Joneses dreaming up ways to fix Jerry Jones.
