Cowboys front office made sweeping Cap moves to our OL and receiving corps without making enough moves to replace them.

All of the concerns and warning came true .
It's the Jerry and Stephen show. Is there anyone surprised? Seriously, how many of you thought it'd be different? Even if Dak didn't get hurt, he was horrible last night.

Regardless of what anyone thought of Amari as a player, he was still a Top-10/15 WR in the league. If you let him go, you better have a good plan to replace him. Instead, they wanted to roll the dice on a role player like James Washington (who has only averaged 400 yards and 2 TDs/per season in his career) and a 3rd round rookie WR from a small school o_O

Yea but the real killer was Gallup out. As Aikman eluded to earlier this week you must have 2nd and 3rd receivers who defenses must respect.

Id say Troys analysis was spot on.

Front offices around the league are run by people who live, eat and breathe football 24/7/365. No surprise with the results of the past 1/4 century.
It is what it is. And why it’s difficult to take this franchise too seriously when it comes to football operations.

Most sound analysis warned of the concerns we witnessed last night but it fell on deaf ears.

What did they do during the off season?

Teams stopped blitzing and zoned us like mad after Denver last season and our offense tanked.

Fast forward to last night and they once again had no answer for the zone.

Is there a single professional football person in the organization with a real voice?
