Cowboys games may be moved to NBC

Why do you think that?

I think its brilliant, no more late season clunkers on primetime.

because as another person mentioned, logistically it could be a nightmare for fans who travel to see a team play...

You dont want to see the Packers on Sunday in a few weeks?

I diddnt want to see them play the Eagles a few weeks ago either. I always wondered why the NFL never implemented this type of scheduling before, its so hard to guess what are going to be good games before the season stars.

yeah you would have to make plans pretty much last minute to avoid a logistical nightmare and that of course is not always feasible.

I love my Sunday Ticket regardless of the Cowboys being the national game every other week or so.

This past Sunday was great with all those games coming down to the wire and watching the Eagles and Skins lose!

A game would only move back or forward a few hours.

No game can switch to monday night
The ratings theyd get in a Saints V Panthers game, Saints V Dallas ect. would be worth it

There were like 4 amazing games going down to the wire at that time, and I was watching garbage time of Tony Romo.....lol

I gotta admit that I enjoyed that aspect of Sunday Ticket...and it was worth the money to watch the Skins and Eagles lose.

The NFL is not and should not be concerned with a handful of fans traveling to a game at the expense of millions of tv viewing fans subjected to a bad primetime matchup.

Fans have been duely warned of potential changes in game start times. Especially the home fans with season tickets. If anything the NFL is more concerned with them.

Flexible schedules is the best idea the NFL has come up with in years. It is a win win senario. Fans get a better matchup, league gets best possible ratings when it counts most. Its one of those "makes too much sense so they'll never do it ideas". Still can't believe they found a way to do it and keep all the networks happy.

Come to think of it, it makes so much sense, Jerry Jones must have been behind getting it implemented.

You're not the only one who questions the value of Sunday Ticket as the Cowboys get more national TV exposure. But like I always say, I'd be willing to pay full price just to see 4 games a year. I love my Cowboys that much.

Wouldn't it be cool if they had a pay-per-game system? Say $10.00 for the game of your choice. That way we could just buy the individual games that don't come on in our area.

why the crud would they take your $10 when they can get your $200???

boy, you don't understand capitalism at all!

jk ;)

I love my Sunday Ticket too. But I must admit NFL Replay may take a bite out of many Sunday Ticket subscriptions because you essentially get to watch up to six of the best games Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

But NFL Replay won't play blowouts, and I want to see the Cowboys blow out teams like they did the Titans and the Texans. That alone is worth Sunday Ticket. :D

Well, I hope they DO NOT move this game. Because I'm flying to Dallas for the weekend just to see this game. It getting moved could mess up my flight back.

Hidden in all of this is the fact that my Sunday Ticket is giving me diminishing returns each time we get moved to primetime. So far, the only game that I have watched that wasn't aired nationally or locally in my area was the game against the Titans.

I utterly despise primetime games, and it has more to do with the wait than the money I shelled out for Sunday Ticket.

I don't have Sunday Ticket and if the game not on TV I watch it online for free.
