I was all for letting Zeke go, but not replacing him with a 3rd down back as the starter, and clone of him as the backup.

Imagine if we had just taken the best available RB with the Schoon pick.

Goal line situations are where we miss Zeke. He had 12 TDs last season. Now we’re forced to go with a very average inexperienced player to try and pound the ball in.
We miss the Martin we’ve had the last decade too. He’s having the worst year of his career
But play calling has frustrated me. First and goal from half yard line and you can a deep drop pass? Just run the ball, it’s a half yard

The tackle on Pollard was one of the freakier things I’ve ever seen.

That’s ok….first and goal at the half yard line….four QB sneaks ought to get six.

Deflating. Numbing. Yet somehow typical.

I wanna see more Hunter Luepke, but not at the goal line early in a game. As the lead blocker, YES...Rather have him be the hammer to chew clock late and move chains. That play call was bad. That should have been Pollard or Rico.

The “very ave” player got us 2 1st downs near midfield.....that Zeke was getting stuffed on for years, and with a better O.Line in front of him than Luepke has...

Dallas would never have gotten to the red zone.

There were years when Zeke dropped the rock regularity.....likely cost several games each year
Do not know where to start with all this revisionist history
But claiming Zekes fumbles cost us several games each year is just plain BS
